1. Who we are

2. Nature of the service

Portugal Property Now acts as an independent property advisor. We hold no property portfolio of our own and do not favor any agency or property source over another. Buyer advisory carries no cost to the buyer: our fee comes from the agency or the property source the client ends up selecting.

For the promotion of properties for sale, the commission is 3.9% upon sale, with no fixed-term contract and no exclusivity, and it can be cancelled at any time. The specific conditions of each case are set out in the applicable real estate brokerage agreement, which prevails over the information on this page.

3. Information on this site

The information presented is informational and commercial in nature. It does not constitute legal, tax or investment advice. Formal legal and technical due diligence is carried out by independent qualified professionals.

4. Forms and requests

Submitting a form does not, by itself, create any contractual relationship. It serves to collect the information needed for a first conversation. You undertake to provide truthful information and not to submit unlawful content or third-party content without authorization.

5. Uploaded documents

Uploading documents is optional. By uploading documents you confirm that you are entitled to do so. Accepted file types are PDF, JPG, PNG and MP4, up to 10 MB per file.

The Portugal Property Now brand, the logo, the texts and the graphic elements of this site are protected and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

7. Liability

We aim to keep the information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is entirely free of errors nor that the site is permanently available. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the information published here.

8. Dispute resolution

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body or to the Portuguese electronic Complaints Book, available at livroreclamacoes.pt. Portuguese law applies.
